Federation Improvement Priorites

As we are now federated with Stalyhill Junior School, we use a Federation Implementation Plan to structure the work of both schools over the course of an academic year.  Our Federation Implementation Plan has evolved from:

 

  • The needs and context of all cohorts of children currently attending both  Stalyhill Infant or Stalyhill Junior schools

  • The OFSTED Inspection Reports of both schools within the federation

  • The  self-evaluation forms [SEF] of both schools

  • In-school assessment and target setting information.

  • Feedback from Parents’ Questionnaires   

  • Feedback from Pupils’ Questionnaires   

  • Feedback from Staff Questionnaires 

  • The need to address local and national initiatives and priorities

 

Using the Education Endowment Foundation's Implementation planning guidance, the Headteacher, SLT, staff and governors have discussed, prioritised, time scaled and priced the key issues for development in this plan. For each area for development, the plan details:
 

  • The action to be taken

  • Who is responsible for each action

  • Who will monitor the process and how will it be carried out

  • The timescale involved

  • Costs and resources

  • Success criteria

  • Evaluation
